This hands‑on workshop introduces participants to the next generation of cytometric data analysis using FlowJo™ v11 Software. Through guided, practical exercises, attendees will analyze a shared high‑dimensional data set while exploring the new immersive workbench and its core concepts. The session will highlight key functionalities including metadata‑driven analysis, the unmixing platform, the graph gallery, virtual concatenation, chart generation, and integrated analysis algorithms, with a strong emphasis on efficient and reproducible workflows.

The workshop is designed to be interactive and accessible to participants with varying levels of experience in flow cytometry data analysis. Participants are expected to bring their own laptop with FlowJo™ v11 installed.
